Kasper Salto and Thomas Sigsgaard have worked together under the name Salto & Sigsgaard since 2003, and in that time have won awards and been represented at leading exhibitions. One of their most notable tasks was designing a new conference chair and desks for the UN Trusteeship Council Chamber – which Finn Juhl originally furnished and designed furniture for in the early 1950s. Kasper Salto (b. 1967) is a trained cabinetmaker and industrial designer. Thomas Sigsgaard (b. 1966) graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, and had a long career behind him before establishing a studio with Kasper Salto in 2003.
